    Abstract
    This is a project undertaken in the course of an undergraduate degree for the bachelors of Science in computer science. It is an important endeavor in which the student portrays their expertise and understanding of the course and all its undertakings. In particular, this project oversees a development of an automated system that could be used during national field data collection activity.It involves data collection,evaluation and analysis, and eventually implementation of the project. This document involves only the documentation of the project, awaiting implementation of what has been documented. The data collection process involves wide reading of professional and literally documents. This results to the writing of a literature review. That is, writing, in the documentation, the view and opinion of others on the topic. After wide reading on the topic, the research is required to collect first hand information on the topic.In turn, this gives birth to data collected, conclusions and recommendations came to. this outlines in wholesome the whole document. The methodology part of the document involves all that is done to collect the information and the issues that may arise. At the end of the documentation, there is the conclusion and recommendations that the researcher comes up with. This conclusion is drawn after critical observation and accessing of the situation. The recommendation involves the implementation that the researcher plans to endeavor in This is a written representation of what the researcher plans to implement with the system to be developed.
